welcome dear fnd,
first of all , all this symptoms can be due to many diseases like URTI , asthama, any other respiratory problem, malaria( DUE TO FEVER WITH PERSPIRATION) etc..,
so rule out the cause of your problem by visiting a nearer obstetrician....
because avoiding problem can affect your baby...

otherwise you drink more water, do warm salt water gargles, and take paracetamol 500 mg THREE TIMES IN A DAY FOR 3 DAYS...
thanks
