Which Medicine Is Good For Loose Motions With Pain For 7 Month Child ?

hi.. my daughter is 7 months old..she is havingl oose motion 2-3 times a day and yellow, smelling..i think she is having pain.she is upset.from 4 days i have started to give her cow milk. which medicine i give? cyclopam, neopeptine,carmicide,bonnisan. please reply.

Hi,
You can give cyclopam or carmicide drops as and when required.
Along with this drops you can give neopetine drops for gooddigestion.
