Which Medicine Should Be Taken For High Blood Pressure?

i am now 40 years male.I have family background of High BP. two years ago, BP was 140-95 and started Amlodac 2.5, than it was reduced to 120-80. continuing this tablets, last year, BP was again 140-100 the I was given Amlokind AT. Again BP lowered to 120-80. Now, yesterday, again my BP measured is 140-100. Doctor changed the drug to Cilacar T. Another doctor suggesting Metpure XL 25. Which should i TAke?

I can understand your problem looking to history given here it can be said that you are getting good results with all the anti hypertensive drugs then why you are going to change this drugs, you have boarder line hypertension and this can be better control with diet and exercise with changing life style I would advise to stick on single molecule it is not good idea to change the drugs, no need to worry your are not severely hypertensive patient, hope this information helps you have nice day.
