Which Medicines Should One Take For Swelling And Pain Over The Anal Region ?

hi all doctors...i had external hemorrhoids and anal fissure about an year back.Now i am having the same problem.But this time there is no blood before or after stool passing.but area is a bit swollen and paining a bit..kindly suggest some cream or tablets..i am using a local ointment which is helping a bit.t was suggested by doctor earlier.

Firstly the treatment includes high fibre diet, plenty of liquids, salads, fruits . a bit of walking excercise should do good bye all these your stools would become soft hence while defecation the pain shall be less coming to the medications u can apply proctosedyl ointment or dilzem ano gel to be applied three times a day , tabacceclosera three times a day, daily after defecation please do sitzz bath with betadine liquid . u can also take tab daflon500mg twice daily for improving ur anal microcirculation. can use stool softners(laxative) naturolax or cardiolax powder. all these doesnt help and reccurence is occuring kindly see a surgeon

as this problem is recur again so don't go for haphazard treatment like this.
consult to surgeon personally.
