Which Pain Reliever Does Not Interfere With Contrast Dye Of Myelogram?

I am scheduled for a myelogram tomorrow morning at 8:30. I was instructed not to take any aspirin (or blood thinners), as well as no Lyrica, naproxen (or any other NSAID pain relievers). My question is this: which pain relievers am I allowed to take that will not interfere with the contrast dye of the myelogram? I am desperate to find some relief of my fibromyalgia, neuropathy and back pain.
