Which Specialist Can Treat Anal Itching?

what kind of doctor should I go to if my butt is itchy. I have been to a dermatologist who said it was lichen schlerosis, then no relief and went to my pcp who said it was hemmorides. She gave me suppositories and a proctofoam, but it's still incredibly itchy. I'm 56, 5'8", 160 lbs and no significant medical history. This is driving me crazy. Should I go to a GI doctor?
