Which Specialist Should I Consult For Cold Sores ?
What type of doctor woul be th best one to visit if I need help with a cold sore? I would like to know if I need a specialist for information and treatment related to cold sores or if I just go to my family doctor?

hi,thanks for query.Cold sores are normally due to some viral infection.Please visit your family doctor who can very well treat this condition.If he feels after examination and initial treatment then he will refer you to a skin specialist.
