Which Specialist Should Be Consulted For Crohn S Disease?

Hi I have been treated for crohns for about 30 years or so, by doctor Champion at the Ottawa Hospital. Lately he seems to be impossible to contact. I had an appointment with him last April that was cancelled by his office and now I am not sure what direction to take. Thank you
