Which Specialist Should One Consult For Sinus Infection?

My son is 51 years old and has been suffering with sinus infections, lung issues, fatigue and sleeplessness for weeks. What kind of doctor should I suggest he contact who can help him? His primary physician has prescribed all kinds of medications, but nothing seems to help him. He is a chronic sinus sufferer, even on a good day.

You have to consult ENT specialist for chronic sinusitis infection. He will examine through endoscopy and take X-ray of paranasal sinuses
if possible he will drain the secretions which are accumulated in sinuses. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
