I am very depressed because my husband is having doubt that I have sexual relationship with my close friend but actually I don t have any kind of sexual relation with him. I am only having sexual relation with my husband. so please help me out that what can I do to prove myself right and which kind of tests I shoud prefer regarding this. I am very much loyal with my husband so please help me for this.

You should talk to your husband calmly. There are no tests to prove that you are having sex only with your husband and not anyone else however, more than one sexual partners involves risks of infections/STDs.
Regarding your issue, you can discuss with your husband your relationship with your friend. Give more time and importance to your husband and if required, stay away from your friend for sometime until your husband understands your loyality. Talk to him more often, show your love to him.
