Which Will Be More Effective For Diabetes, Tradjenta Tablet Once A Day Or Janumet Twice A Day?
Hi ,I am 74 yrs old male ,weight 84 kg, height -175cm have diabetes from last 6-yrs but always under control with various diabetes medicine. Lately have been taking Janumet / 50mg/1000mg tablet twice a day, my fasting always hovers between 75-90 and PP between 120-145 .Recently I read about Tradjenta 5mg to be taken only once a day. Please advice me which will be more effective taking tablet once a day ( Tradjenta) or twice a day (Janumet) Thanks.
Dear sir i understand your concern. both januvia and tradjenta belong to same family and not abig difference but the med what you are taking is janumet which is combination of two drugs.so definitely Janumet is a good and effective than tradjenta...if your sugars are good why to change medication..just think over..you may not have any added benefit from new medicine
