White Bald Patches On The Cheeks. Fungal Infection?
29yrs, Male.
I have white patches (noticeable only when one intents to find one with focus) on my beard area. There is no hair growth. There are few hairs in side the patch sparesly located. The patch is on both side of cheeks. It is around a size of a 1 rupee coin and it seems to grow over the last 2 to 3 months. The patch doesn't itch.
I shave regurarly. So is it due to any fungal infection? If yes then suggest a cream to apply?
I have no family history (both maternal or paternal) of such diesease.

it look like alopecia areata or fungal infection.
as there is no itching ,chance of fungal infection is low .
you need to consult dermatologist for proper treatment plan .
treatment of both condition are different ,
but the good thing is that both are treatable.
