This is the exact same thing going on with the vaginal and penis after such an intense level of sexual activity. This will even be more concerning if you are not well prepared(wet) during the intercourse. The solution lies with you both. How you play the sex game in a penis/vaginal friendly fashion so as to avoid wounds like these. Also, wounds like these increase chances of transmission of infections. So please, consider using contraceptive measures and protection during intercourse, they help prevent against infection and pregnancy. Talk with your doctor on these various options.
