White Discharge From Ear, No Fever, No Distress, Ear Is Moist And Foul Odor. Suggest?
My one month old baby has a small amount of white discharge coming out of one ear. I can tell because when he wakes in the morning he has a small amount of crust around the ear and it s opening. He doesn t have a fever and is not distressed. He is in good spirits. I stuck my finger inside his ear and it was moist and had a foul odor . What is wrong!!?

It seems that your child is having an ear infection. The presence of a foul smelling discharge indicates infection. Yoiu need to consult her pediatrician fo rproper antibiotic treatment. Meanwhile try to keep the ear canal dry and feed her in an inclined position.
