White Discharge In Nipple. Sometimes Itches. Am I Okay?

Hi Dr. Mia, I have been worrying about something which I have been noticing on my breast . Mainly on my left nipple I have been finding a kind of waxy, off white , dry discharge . I never found wet stains on my underwear and never actually saw/felt wet discharge come out just always this off white crust right on the nipple. A couple of times I have picked it but always feel it kind of burns after I do that. And anyway the day after it is always back. I always forget to ask the doctor because it is easily forgotten until around my period when the nipple slightly itches and I feel the urge to pick at the dry crust. I have found endless articles regarding Paget s disease and I m worrying but another detail which differs from symptoms found in Paget, is that my nipple is always erect and never inverted.
