if the discharge is coming from the ulcer/boil outside the ear than it may be infected folliculitis/sebaceous cyst, it needs immediate drainage and antibiotic medication consult your ENT specialist.

Hi,
It may be due to ear infection from with in the ear canal or infection of eaternal ear. It requires auroscope to view the inner canal to look for any hole in ear drum of any abscess in ear canal.
