White Patch In The Tip Of The Penis, Prostate Enlarged. Reduced With Homeopathic Medicine. Further Course Of Action?

I am Debabrata Dey age 58 yrs(Male) my prostate has lightly enlarge and I have taken 3 file of sabal serulata 30ml each after consultation of homeopathy doctor. Before taking the medicine,a huge white patch was accumulated in the penis of the mouth but now it has been reduced.I also feel my sexual activities has also come down. So please guide me properly in this case. With thanks
