White Patches Formed On Face After Applying Supratet C For Pimples. How To Remove Them?
Hi Doctor, Jinat being a female enquirer with you from Berhampore city of District Murshidabad in the state of West Bengal, India. Myotol F tablet was prescribed by one Doctor for a health complication & Supratet C ointment followed by another Doctor to remove Pimples from my face. Very soon white patches grew on my face. Being female I am terribly worried & lost my confidence upon my Doctors. Pls. advise me medications & necessary advises for the removal of those white patches spreaded on my face at an early period. I can understand your concern for patches formed on face after applying supratet C for pimples. This can be due to post inflammatory hypo-pigmentation.
If I were your dermatologist then I would have suggested you to use azelaic acid cream or Kojic acid cream or glycolic acid cream or licorice extract or arbutine creams at night time in guidance of dermatologist.
The most important part is to use a sunscreen regularly in open environment and on exposure to sun.
Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem can be dealt best for future time.
Protect yourself form direct sunlight.
