White Spots Appeared On Back Of Tonsils After Treatment For A Viral Infection. What Could This Be?

Three weeks tomorrow I went the walk in centre had a rash on legs an stomach legs were burning they gave some antibiotics and said it was a skin infection finished the antibiotics and then last sunday I had a very high temp and felt like I was going to pass out with pins an needles in fingers so I went the hospital they put me on a antibiotic drip and gave me more antibiotics finish them tomorrow they said it was a viral infection but now I have just noticed a white spot back of tontilis please advise

Thanks for query on HCM.
White spots,fever indicates bacterial follicular tonsillitis.
Inform your treating for proper diagnosis and review your medicines.
Continue proper antibiotic under guidance of you treating doctor.
Other symptomatic treatment is also required.
Also start providone/iodine mouth gargle.
Take proper care of your oral cavity.
Avoid cold drinks,ice creams,chocolates and any flavored drinks til get complete cure.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
