White Spots On Hand, No Improvement With Intake Of Fruits And Vegetables
hello doctor ....i pooja....i m 20 years old...i was having few white spots on my right hand side.i concern 4-5 doctors in pune( skin specialist).but there was no result yet. some doctors says that it s a vitamin deficiency or some other says that its fungal infection .they told me to eat fruits and vegetables.i ate that but there was no result up till now
It would have been greta if you had mentioned the exact symtoms and the places where there are white spots so that we could determine the case exactly. However, considering the spots on your hands and fingernails, it is possible there is iron or zinc deficiency. Include a lot of green leafy vegetables, other vegetables and fruits as much as possible. Also, you can check with your doctor for a multivitamin tablet to suit the needs if required. Also, since you say there are chances of it being fungal, i would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and take the best medication.
Good luck!!!
