White Spots On Lower Lips, Have A Biting Habit. What Is The Reason?
Hello Doctor Sir/Mam. I am a 20 years old girl. I used to bite my lower lip. It beame a mannerism. Though now i don't do this but two small white spots are there on the bitten areas. Spots do not increase by size and none of my family has these type of anything. Please tell me how to remove these. The spots are only there on the bitten sides.

Hi white spots on the bitten areas can be post inflammatory depigmentation.it is due to inflammation caused by bitting.it can be cured by placentrex ointment in the morning.flutivate ointment in the night.use of iron tablet daily once as a supplementation .it slowly regain color within few days.

From history it seems that due to habit of biting lower lip for long time there might be formation of sub mucous fibrosis.
Nothing to worry as now you quit the habit and size of scar remains same.
Gradually this might resolves.
