He had any complications during pregnancy, delivery or soon after delivery? Any history of similar illness in family? When there are multiple abnormalities in a child, there is a chance that he is having a genetic disorder. Such cases need a holistic / multi speciality approach that includes a pediatrician, geneticist, orthopedist / plastic surgeon (for limb deformity) and a neurologist if there is developmental delay/seizure. This needs multiple visits and step-wise workup and management accordingly. NIMHANS is a good centre, although bit heavy loaded.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
