Hi

I would advise you to take care of general medicine specialist.
As you are having sore thighs you can apply Volini gel locally over the area. For fluctuation of temperature you need to do blood culture test to see whether any infection is there are not.
If there is then it has to be treated by sensitive antibiotics.
For neuropathy you can take tablet Pregabalin 75 mg tablet twice daily after food for 2 weeks.
