Why I Am Having Brown Discharge During Pregnancy?

I am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant, but now I am having brown discharge when I wipe the vagina after peeing or mostly after bowel movement. I do not have any other pregnancy symptoms except sore breast. Also I have mild lower back pain sometimes. I am so scared..

Dont ignore it.it can be a bleeding which ultimately will lead to abortion.get your usg done.see for the fetal cardiac activity.if it is present you can have a progesterone support.do not ignore it it can be a threatened abortion.
