Why I Feel Like Urinating All The Time, Ever Since I Had A Rough Sex?

I had just had rough sex with my boyfriend about a week ago im 16 ever since ive been feeling tingling in my clitoris i get the urge to urinate and when after urinate my body pushes like its trying to force the urine out only towards the end of urination though. And i feel the urge to urinate every 10 seconds. Like something is pushing against my bladder what could this possibly be ?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed inflammation of clitoris and urethra due to rough,vigorous sex .

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Use of urinary antispasmodics like Flavoxate or Darifenacin will help to control urge to pass urine,

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
