Why I Won't Get The Motion Unless And Until I Force?

Hello sir,
Daily in the morning I feel uncomfortable regarding the motion, I won't get the motion unless and until I force. When I force it I'll go only little-little for 3-4 times, so as a result I'll get the motion when I reach my college and I feel guilty to go. So, I request you to suggest me to get rid of this problem by going to motion completely in the morning.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First thing you need to do is not to apply force at the time of defection. What the difficulty you have during defecation, it is constipation and it seems to be due to less amount of water intake and low fiber contained diet. So, drink more water, have more fiber containing diet, and never exert the force at the time of defecation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
