Why After Having Food I Get A Continual Pain In Chest With High Cholesterol And Triglycerides Value?

I was wondering why after I eat I get a continual pain in my chest by my heart. Sometimes it's worse than other times. Some other symptoms are flushed feeling on my face and head gets warm. It eventually goes away but lately it's been getting to be more often. Last time I had my cholesterol checked I was in the "high" area along with a high triglyceride count (150 i think). Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Pain may be due to gastric ulcer.
You need upper GI endoscopy for confirmation.
You can take tablet XXXX 40 mg half hour before food for six weeks.
You also need other investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile and screening for hypertension.
If there is altered lipid profile then medicines should be taken.
