WHEN EVER I INTERCOURSE WITH MY WIFE IN DOGGY POSITION, AFTER DISCHARGE AIR COMES OUT FROM HER VAGINA WITH SOUND,ALSO ONE MORE THING AFTER DISCHARGE MY SPERMS COMES OUT.PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHATS THE REASON OF AIR DISCHARGE OF HER AND HOW CAN MY SPERMS REMAIN IN HER MOSTLY.

When you perform sexual intercourse with her in doggy style, the coming of air from her vagina after your discharging is quite normal.When man ejaculate in the vagina of a woman, some semen comes outside and some stays inside vagina. That is also moderately normal.

the air coming out must not be from vagina unless there is communication with gut. the air must be coming from the anal opening as during doggy position she must be fealing relaxed after intercourse and letting the anal sphincter relaxed and leading to gush of air released.
to get your sperms retained you must have sex by you over her and she lying down and so the discharge remains inside and does not come out by gravity. ask you wife to keep on lying for some time after sex

dont try as doggy style..try from front side.
first start with your finger slowly slowly ..when she feel anixty ..than start with your penis...

and after sex dont get up , love each other for sometime...give a pillow under her legs.

The "air" is called a queef, its kid of like a hiccup. the "sperm" coming out is just her vaginal fluids thats normal. And alot is probably coming out in that position because it "excites" her the most.
