Fever is not a disease but a symptom which can be there with number of diseases. The root cause should be investigated and treated accordingly. I am advising here herbal remedies which are effective in pyrexia of unknown origin.
Amrita arisht 2 tsf bd
sudershan ghan vati 2 tablets and mritunjaya ras 1 tab. bd with hot water
