Why Am I Allergic To Medicines Containing HCL?

I am terribly sensitive/allergic to anything with HCL in it. Just what is that and what would cause me to be so allergic to it. took tramadol HCL 2 yrs ago for 3 days and had bleeding ulcer. in hosp for 5 days. Have stomach ache and cannot not sleep tonight because I did not notice one of my vitamins had HCL in it. Any answers? email YYYY@YYYY

Every medication has the potential to be an allergen for the organism and cause an allergy reaction.
I suggest you to take antihistamines daily .
If you dont get better you should take prescribed corticosteroids or go to the emergency room for treatment.
