Hello,
Your symptoms are indicative of poor general heath condition, anemia and
thyroid problem. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & get CBC, Hb%,
urinalysis, T3, T4, TSH and all required routine tests done. Take home made food rich in iron, minerals and high in protein. Keep yourself well hydrated. Take water and fluids. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Once the underlying health condition is treated you will feel better.
Avoid taking spicy, oily junk food. Do not take processed food and packaged food. Make new friends, do regular exercises, engage yourself in constructive work like singing, dancing, painting, gardening, reading, writing, etc. Stay away from smoking, alcohol, drugs or addictions if any. They are harmful for your health. You are suggested to get connected to a Counselor. You may need CBT,
talk therapy,
exercise therapy,
massage therapy, etc.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
