You have given antibiotic course.Mostly first cause we are thinking regarding abdomen pain and bleed stool is gastroenteritis.so you have taken antibiotic is correct treatment. As bleed still continue first get your stool examined .It might reveal parasitic infection that is treated by albendazole like drug. You also can get your proctoscopy examination for anal fissure that might lead to bleeding in stool. If you still have bleeding with abdomen pain then endoscopy or ultrasound like investigation needed.Colonoscopy might reveal inflammatory bowel disease like changes and subsequent during scopy biopsy can be taken to further work up from suspicion area.
