Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may have developed fissure in ano or hemorrhods.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Eat high fibre diet and do regular exercise, yoga, and meditation.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Use syrp Lactulose. Consult your physician for prescription.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
