Why Am I Coughing Blood And Have Nasal Bleeding With Headache?
I went to bed last night with congestion and a cough. i woke up this morning with a headache. when i stood up, my nose started bleeding and when i would cough, i would cough up blood. i have been up for about an hour now and the coughing has continued, but I am not coughing up blood anymore.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having upper respiratory tract infection producing congestion in the nose giving rise bleeding from the nose.
Some blood might gone in the throat giving rise passing of blood in cough.
As now bleeding is stopped nothing to worry.
Take some decongestant with analgesic medicine.
Go for Vicks vapor inhalation.
Put some nasal decongestant drops.
Ok and take care.
