Why Am I Experiencing A Very Uncomfortable Pricking Sensation In The Head Of My Penis?

Hey I am a 45-year-old male experiencing a very uncomfortable pricking in my penis in the head of it. There is no discharge. But when I go urinate it’s very hard sometimes it feels like there’s some kind of blockage? I know I need to go in and see it physician I’m just a little concerned. Only have one partner and I’ve never had any STDs. I have had kidney stones one other time and it reminds me of that but it feels like there’s more to it. Also my lip nodes are swollen In my growing area pretty good

Hello,

Get clinically examined by a urologist and get required tests like ultrasound done to visualize kidney stones. Get CT done to get detailed images of the urinary tract. Get urinalysis done to check for blood, crystals, and other abnormalities including UTI. Smaller kidney stones go out of the urine on their own and without intervention.

But larger stones may need surgery or other treatments like shock wave lithotripsy. Other factors that may cause similar symptoms are caused by STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia, urethritis and prostatitis, etc. Get STD tests done and get evaluated for any underlying medical condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
