hi
the usual cause of such symptoms could be coming form the spine, and screening of the spine is a must if you want to rule out this cause, an mri will be helpful, moreover sometimes deficiency of b group of vitamins can be the cause mainly B6 and B12. so taking a supplement can be tried.
