Hello,
Ringing in ear or Tinnitus is not a disease but a symptom of underlying cause like noise induced hearing loss, neurological damage, ear infection, emotional stress, foreign body in ear, nasal allergy etc. But in your case this seems to be due to involvement of musculo- skeletal system. Consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation by physical examination and some investigations like X ray, CT scan and MRI of jaw and follow the instruction given by your doctor. Try to move your jaw slowly as much as possible and also try to follow some relaxation technique like Yoga, Meditation ,avoid taking alcohol, caffeine, nicotine.
Take care, bye.
