Why Am I Feeling Bloated And Uncomfortable?

I have been very bloated and windy for about five days, moving bowels ok but feel uncomfortable - only change in my diet has been rye bread but very little over five days. I am in my late thirties, normal weight and 5'7 inches tall. No medical history, not on medication.
