Why Am I Feeling Extremely Exhausted?
Hi I've been Feeling extremely exhausted lately. Randomly throughout the day the left side of my face feels tingly/numb and my right hand. I sometimes get the chills even though I'll be wearing a sweater. I just can't stand the fatigue everyday. Any idea why I feel like this?
