Why Am I Feeling Tiredness In Legs While Climbing Stairs?

I am 64 years old and until 6 months or so ago felt ok. Recently have noticed a loss in strength plus legs tiring when I climb stairs. Got a complete physical plus blood work and no red flags. Have been using cpap machine for a year with questionable benefits? Legs tiring main concern.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
You might having osteoarthritis of knee and hip.It is a type of arthritis that is caused by breakdown of cartilage with eventual loss of the cartilage of the joints.
It is most common type of arthritis and the major cause of chronic musculoskeletal pain and mobility disability in elderly populations worldwide.
Knee and hip pain are the major causes of difficulty in walking and climbing stairs in the elderly.
I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination. You may get the X-ray of the area affected under his/her guidance.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
Warm Regards
