I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. These symptoms are very non specific and do not point to any specific disease condition. For now, I will suggest that you consider getting enough rest in the afternoons. You may also try tylenol for the headaches. If something new comes up, then we may be better oriented as to what the possible problem is if at all but for now we lack enough information t make any such suggestions.
I hope this addresses your query fully. Thank you so much for patronizing our services and please do feel free to ask for follow up clarifications and information if need be. I wish you the best of health. Dr. Ditah, MD.
