Why Am I Frequently Urinating And Back And Sides Are Sore?
I ve been urinating a lot, my lower back and sides have been sore, and I ve had headaches on and off frequently for about a week and a half. What is causing these symptoms? My husband and I are trying for a baby, and I m about 6 days late for my period.
I can understand your concern. It seems that you are either having kidney stones or urinary tract infection (UTI). You should go for blood test and urine test. The reports may indicate towards possibility of UTI or stone. Headaches can be associated with slight fever accompying the condition.
If UTI, the urine report will show presence of pus cells and red blood cells and can be treated with antibiotics. If mineral counts come high in test, it indicates presence of kidney stones. They can be confirmed by ultrasonography for location, size and number of stones. Management can be based on the report.
