Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. From your history and description, it seems that you may be having furuncles. Furuncle is an infection of the hair follicle and is common in hairy and sweaty areas of the body like underarms. You may need a course of oral antibiotics like cloxacillin or cephalexin for 5 days. You could also use an antibiotic cream containing 2% mupirocin or fusidic acid twice a day for 7 days. Hot compresses provide temporary relief but do not remove the bacteria. Since you are getting multiple boils, I suggest that you take a course of antibiotics. Keep the area dry as much as possible. Hope this helps you. Take care.
