Pinkish discharge followed by darkish discharge suggests that it is slight fresh bleeding which has stopped and the collected blood is following it next day. Usually such type of bleeding at this stage is due to some amount of placental separation. However, ultrasonography scan has shown normal baby, no placental separation. This takes away the concern.
Pain in uterus associated with pinkish discharge again is suggesting the possibility that you may be heading towards preterm delivery. Please report this to your Obstetrician as there are still 9 weeks to go. It would be better if you can pull through for at least 6 more weeks.
You might be advised bed rest along with some uterine relaxants. Corticosteroids injections for two doses will increase the maturity of the lungs of baby, giving it better chance to survive outside the uterus at such early age.
Please do not waste time and report to your Obstetrician ASAP.
