Hello,

Get clinically examined by a Urologist to detect the cause of your symptoms. Your symptoms are indicative of urinary tract infection. Get a urinalysis (R/E & C/S) done and if the report shows infection, a course of oral antibiotics and pain-relieving medicines will help. Take adequate quantity of water and fluids. Keep yourself well hydrated and avoid using public washroom. Avoid any kind of sexual activity. Take care of your hygiene. Take bath regularly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
