Why Am I Having Blood In My Urine?

ive had blood in my urine, the first day was the worst, when i wiped with tissue and looked at it there was a string of blood coming out. this was a few days ago and its still here, i have no control over my bladder either and have had a few accidents. im not sure of what to do, i cant go out anywhere to walk to the doctors and i am in extreme amounts of pain. aswell as that my teeth are hurting a lot and bleeding and my gums seem to be getting smaller and bits are coming off them. i dont know what to do, im on my own and i cant get out of bed
