Why Am I Having Brownish Discharge With Lower Back Pain?
I have a brownish discharge for the last couple of days and my lower back hurts. I feel very tired and sometimes nauseous in the afternoons. I had a cone biopsy about 3 months ago and I am currently on birth control. What can possibly be wrong with me? I have a appointment with my gyne in 3 weeks time.

Hi,
I think that there may be secondary bacterial infection. I would suggest you to have a course of antibiotics and do a thyroid profile test, as thyroid abnormality can lead to brownish discharge, do a Pap smear every 6 months.
