Why Am I Having Burning Sensation While Urinating?

I have slight burning sensation while urinating and feel a slight tingling sensation all through my tract to anus from inside.
Been like this for over 1 month. No discharge and I recently did a round of penicillin for a tooth infection. Problem still exists.
Can you help narrow this down?

- drug induced ( if was not present before penicillin )
- penicillin resistant ( if present before penicillin )
- inadequate hydration
- improper hygiene of private parts
- lowered immunity

- plenty of liquids orally
- urine culture report and further antibiotics accordingly only
- cranberry sachets , organic citrus fruits , vitamin c supplements help
- balanced nutritious diet
- keep genitals clean , dry ; avoid sexual activities at present
