Welcome to Healthcare Magic
It is possible that the fibroid is increasing the bleeding. To control the bleed you may take T.Pause. If the fibroid is bleeding it may need to be treated medically or even removed. Also thick uterus lining can cause heavy bleeding which can be associated with hormonal disturbance which can also be a cause of bleeding. Also get a blood test for Haemoglobin and blood counts as anaemia may be present. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Consult your Doctor about this problem and get the right solution.
