Why Am I Having Cramps In Upper Abdomen With Spotting?
I missed my period last month,but I had light spoting for three days this month.it s a brown spotting.I am over weight but have lost about 65 pounds. I.m taking phentermine diet pills. And since I started spotting I ve had some cramping on the upper sides of stomach below breast bone on both sides. Any explanation?

Since you did not get your regular period, please be advised to take a home pregnancy test. And if the test is positive, discontinue phentermine pills.
